Well I have to say that I am enjoying it, although today is the first day since my little fall.Try this 20 minutes step, 10 minutes boxing, 7 yoga moves, 10 minutes jog, few balance games for fun and another 10 minutes boxing
total workout 58 minutes and a huge 286 calouries, and i got 100 % of the questions. Brain and Brawn ey!!
Got to admit I am enjoying Wii Fit Plus better than Wii Fit but having them both on gives you a variety.

it beats looking like an idiot at the gym in a heap of sweat after 10 minutes on the rower. I have my eye on a little gadget that I may be tempted to buy http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-9336.aspx
means you cant cheat..for those that do!
