Well I have to say that I am enjoying it, although today is the first day since my little fall.Try this 20 minutes step, 10 minutes boxing, 7 yoga moves, 10 minutes jog, few balance games for fun and another 10 minutes boxing
total workout 58 minutes and a huge 286 calouries, and i got 100 % of the questions. Brain and Brawn ey!!
Got to admit I am enjoying Wii Fit Plus better than Wii Fit but having them both on gives you a variety.

it beats looking like an idiot at the gym in a heap of sweat after 10 minutes on the rower. I have my eye on a little gadget that I may be tempted to buy http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-9336.aspx
means you cant cheat..for those that do!

thanks Linus

i take your comments on board.

This is only a very small issue for me but one that I feel could have been avoided.

At the moment if the f8 is closed on my desk I have to open the handle before I can use it.

Its not a biggy though ;-)

It ain't a design flaw.

Depends on how you view it.

Scenario

1) You are carrying your CF-F8 around.
2) When you reach, your handle is still open.
3) Reaching out to button to open the case lid.
4) You push in the handle for easy working.

When you are done with work,

5) You close the case lid.
6) Pull out the handle...
7) And move to the next location.......

I tried using the CF-F8 for awhile, seems ok to me.

From:

Linus
Toughbook Asia Group
